Hi I'd like to change the name of a button on my recruitment questionnaire. It currently says "Edit" after you've signed up for the opportunity. Yes, we have 1-time volunteers coming in here to sign the waiver and no one sees "Edit" and thinks click here to register info - they don't even think of it as "Edit signup". I only accidentally discovered it because I was clicking everything trying to find the registration page.
We have multiple flows and set Roles and Tags based on answers to Form Questions. Once a Volunteer has signed up through the signup flow and we have set Roles and the Volunteer agrees to Terms and Conditions, we don't want the Volunteer to go through the Signup flow again as it could change Roles and Terms. This is especially true if we use an Opportunity to "gate" prospective Volunteers and an Admin moves the Volunteer to an Opportunity with different Form Questions.
I propose that you give us a button on the Opportunity General Settings form that allows us to turn the Edit button off. Since the Volunteer can change basic profile stuff online by editing her profile, for us, there is no need for the "Edit" button in the Volunteer Portal .
This! The 'Sign Up for More Shifts" is right next to it and that seems the logical place to sign up for a role and more shifts, not the Edit button. Edit button implies I'm editing my personal information.
