Ability to turn off notification when volunteer is removed from an opportunity

Sometimes when a volunteer has to step away from volunteering, it is due to a sensitive life event. I don't like that when I off board them from their opportunity, they get an email that they have been removed from the opportunity. I worry that it can come off as insensitive (for them to get this email) if they are going through something that is stopping them from volunteering.
