Enhance the "Store as Default Values" feature

Currently, if you get a gift from constituents that have a lot in common you can store the first donation as "default values" then create a new donation with those values.

There are a couple ways to make this workflow better:

• Fewer steps to start entering the next donation, especially if it's from the same constituent

• Smarter handling of the transaction date

• More visibility that this feature exists so it's easier to find and update
