Automatically provide payment confirmation receipts for all online payments by default

It's industry standard to provide payment confirmation receipts for all online payments (example: whenever a system processes a credit card). Currently, payment confirmation receipts are an optional feature. This idea would make the automatic payment confirmation receipts "on" by default, instead of "off".
