Deactivate groups

Ability to deactivate a group so you can retain it but reduce screen clutter on the group list page.

    with the new features of mailchimp integration with bloomerang some of my groups are needing to be removed or deactivated, this is not possible because they are used in a now LOCKED email message, (now all moved to templates). this creates quite a bit of visual screen clutter.
