Status of No Show.

When a volunteer is scheduled for a shift - they either

1. complete the shift

2. cancel the shift

3. Don't show up for the shift!

We would love some way to identify those "serial offenders" who sign up and don't show up (we've been manually removing them from shifts if they are no shows - but it'd be great to see some way of tracking this).
