when I add vol. hours manually, they don't want mulitple emails for housrs I enter. they are happy to not receive. I have over 100 vols. We are super busy May -Sept, so some times it takes me a week or more to add hours (to most who haven't started using the app yet), so often they receive multiple emails
I completely agree. Some of our volunteers, especially our elders, DO NOT want to receive emails, let alone constant emails sent every time hours are entered into their profile. This prevents me from using this feature. I care more about volunteer retention than whether or not your system is tracking their hours. I'd rather do it manually and possibly look for another volunteer CRM that is less chunky and intrusive.
