Add constituent to a specific group when they submit an online form
I need the ability for a user filling out a Constituent form to be automatically added to a specific User Group based on which form they fill out
This seems especially necessary now that there is Journey Automation. This missing step really puts a damper on this new feature! Another way this might be easy to accomplish is by assigning a Group to be updated when scheduling a Report to run .
This would be amazing and would definitely help us keep track of what applications are processing vs closed etc., rather than having to manually update them every week.
Yes! We use Constant Contact as our email platform and the addresses added in Constant Contact do not sync to Bloomerang. I was hoping to use a Bloomerang form instead to handle sign-ups, but that doesn't work since it's not possible to automatically put them in the group that syncs to Constant Contact. Seems like I have to stick with newsletter sign-ups in Constant Contact and then manually importing addressed for new subscribers every do so often. Very annoying!
