Edit the header text of the recruitment form

The header text on the recruitment form reads "Please fill out the Form Questions" which is neither grammatically correct nor an appropriate heading/title for a volunteer application. By allowing organizations to customize/edit this text (for example, to read "[Organization] Volunteer Application," or at the very least changing the existing text to "Please Complete the Questionnaire," we would have more control over a form that publicly represents our orgs.
