Admin approval for volunteers adding remote hours

Some of our volunteers work remotely and their volunteer work is flexible and varying week to week. Some examples of these roles are our events committee, uploading photos and medical records to our cat software, board members, off-site adoption coordinator, social media (to name a few). I would like the option of approving volunteer hours. OR only allow adding hours permissions for certain volunteers.
