Allow the option to give Standard Users access to the NCOA Dashboard to view, update and mark tasks as completed.

The NCOA Dashboard is a great feature and is very helpful for keeping our data up to date. Maintaining the NCOA Dashboard is a data-entry level task, but I am not able to offload the task it to my assistant because giving Administrator Access would not be appropriate for their role. Since I can't give them access, I spend a lot of my time to pdf reports to send to my assistant so they can manually make these updates. Being able to provide them direct access to the dashboard would be extremely helpful.
