Edit a constituent's sort name

Edit a constituent's sort name so that you can define where they should show up in a report that's sorted by sort name.

    Sort name for individuals uses the formal name and not the envelope name. I would like it to use the envelop names or as the person suggest be able to edit the sort name like we can for households. When I get lists from volunteers it's usually the more casual envelop name and not someone's formal name "Meg" vs "Margaret".
