Customize rates to determine an accurate value of volunteer hours

For my organization, we have to report the value of hours volunteered to grantors, etc. However, different roles have different values. For example, a dentist would be rated at $100/hour while a receptionist would be rated at $15/hour. Currently, Bloomerang Volunteer only has one rate for all volunteers. This is a MAJOR issue for us.

    To be more specific: Each volunteer shift/time block should be associated with 1) number of hours, and 2) a role for that time block (which determines effective dollar value per hour), so that the effective value of that time block is simply (number of hours) x (role dollar value per hour). This should not be difficult or time-consuming to implement.

    I very strongly agree with this feature suggestion. In fact, this capability was promised to us when we made the decision to migrate to Bloomerang, and we are still paying for access to the volunteer management module. I am very surprised that Bloomerang continues to market its Volunteer Management capabilities but apparently still does not offer this essential feature. Please implement ASAP!
