Validate that birth dates are in the past

I would like to see improved error-handling for specific fields (or even user-defined fields) within Bloomerang at the point of entry. An example would be a system prompt for entering a DATE OF BIRTH in the future. Or it could be as simple as not being able to enter a phone number in an e-mail address field or vice-versa.
