stop shift check in availablity after shift has past

the apps gives the volunteer oprtions to check in for all past and upcoming shifts within an opportunity. This needs to only allow check in for a specific shift that is within a few hours of actual shift schedule. volunteers are checking in for past shifts and not actual shift to be worked.
