Printing sent emails

If we need proof of an email being sent we need the ability to print the email. When I go into a sent email and select print (from a shortcut as there is no print option) - it prints jumbled and illegible.

If there was a way to receive a carbon copy of the email sent out in the automation, that would be helpful, but without either option being available it makes printing something that was sent as an email problematic/impossible.
