Ability to edit formatting, color, and some content of "Our Contact Information" footer in Emails

I understand the "Contact Information" for the footer of our email is mandatory. But in other Newsletter Email Editors I've used (like Squarespace), we had the ability to edit the formatting, color, and remove the phone number.

Currently with Bloomerang, editing possibilities are extremely limited. We need to add extra content blocks to somewhat center the text and have to pick a completely new email template if we want the color to change (and only two options: Either dark grey or white).

This makes our emails seem less professional than they used to with Squarespace.
