Constituent birthday filter and reporting improvements
I need to know when constituents are having their birthdays today or soon, because it's a great opportunity to reach out and engage with them. And, I need the birthday filter enhanced to more easily include these constituents in reports, emails, and letters.
We like to call our constituents on/around their birthdays, and we pull that report every month for the next month. However, there's no way to automate the report because the "Birthdate is next month" report field is trying to pull month/year, and no constituent's birthday is in the system as for example, 02/2025. Would love to see a way to automate a report for consituent birthdays.
As a supplement to this I would like to see a dynamic field for constituent AGE that automatically updates based on teh difference between DATE OF BIRTH and the CURRENT DATE. We have a ton of age-based ministries where we send out targeted registrations and communications based on AGE.
