Bloomerang Volunteer syncs volunteer apps to groups in Bloomerang Donor

We would like people who sign up for a volunteer opportunity in BV to automatically be added to groups in BD when their accounts sync. We could set each volunteer opportunity to be tied to a specific group in BD. We need to do this because we pull our email lists from the groups in BD using a MailChimp integration. OR, BV could get an upgrade with their email communications so that we can send out nicer emails directly from BV.
