ability to change the color of text and links in the Our Contact Information Locked Content box

I would like to be able to change the color of the text and inks in the Our Contact Information locked context box. In one email I created, the text is black, and in another it's white. Maybe it's related to the background color? I would like to be able to change both the text and the hyperlink colors.
