Allow a standard user with no access to transactions to access the Emails section in Communications
Allow a standard user with no access to transactions to have limited access to emails so that they can design & send mass emails without seeing giving information.
Yes - we still need this!!! While it is understandable that it would be difficult to remove all transaction related filters and merge fields from the editor, we would be comfortable allowing "no transaction" users to "see" these filters and merge fields. We don't expect that we'd have this type of user creating emails or filters to try to gather information surreptitiously. But having others be able to create the email content would be a significant help. Please consider this when gathering feedback.
This would allow us to add "Marketing Users" to Bloomerang. The goal being that marketing users do not need access to see donation transactions. This would allow us to get more help from our team without risking donation privacy concerns.
