Way to add a new constituent from any page

Way to add a new constituent from any page so you don't have to navigate to the Constituent dashboard.

    I just requested this feature, but used different language. My idea is to put an "Add Constituent" button right next to the search field. Then you can search a name and if there are no results, you can just click right there to add the constituent instead of going back to the Home or Constituent pages. 9/3/23
