Agree 100%, we want to not have to sort through 50 letters to get to the 3 we are currently using, but also don't want to delete the older ones since we can re-use some content.
Yes, please! Adding deactivation (just like in emails) would be particularly helpful in removing the clutter from the letters list without having to delete letter templates (so they can be referred to later - important for ensuring the messaging is different). We currently add an "x" to the front of the name so the old letters go tot he bottom of the list, but...
As you build communications over the years, it is just overwhelming and then what I'm finding from the different people I work with is that they are sometimes naming things in a way to keep them at the top of the list....that doesn't make sense long-term. A search would be good too, but just having a way to group letters into folders by year or quarter or event would be so helpful. Perhaps even a few layers of folders so that letters could be condensed by year and then event, quarter or some other method inside that year. I've been inside Bloomerang since the early days and what you all have done continues to make it worthy of recommending over and over. Keep up the good work!
