Bloomerang Volunteer: App Messaging Report

A Bloomerang Volunteer customer reached out requesting a report to show messages/notifications received from Staff. This was primarily desired because this is how Staff were "declining" their Shifts rather than changing their Shift response, which means the decline does not show in the Declined Shift Report.

The Mobile Broadcast Report shows broadcasts sent out by Admins, but it doesn't show all of the interactions from Staff, and there isn't currently a report to show this.
