Including a pronouns field in a constituents profile allows me and our organization to interact respectfully with our supporters. We would never want to misgender someone based on assumptions about their first name, and salutations don't address individuals who are nonbinary or use they/them. It seems like it would be an easy thing for Bloomerang to add, and I agree with the comment in August that it's cumbersome to create a custom field. I can't imagine any valid reason why Bloomerang would choose not to offer a pronouns field.
Salutations are not the same as Pronouns. I agree with the original suggestion. Pronouns need to be listed in the "Profile" not a seperate custom field, as well as display in the header when a record is displayed
It is critical in these days to know the pronouns that our constituents prefer to use and not assume what they are. He/Him; She/Her; They/Them. A custom field can be used but it's cumbersome.
