Option to give standard users access to Duplicate Constituents list they can help clean data without having full Admin access.

Released 6/8/2023. Standard users can now access Duplicate Constituents if they have the permissions to Access Data Tools and Edit Constituents .
This doesn't work. I gave permissions to a Standard user to Access Data Tools and Edit Constituents but she still cannot manage duplicates. I submitted a support ticket and I was advised only admins could manage duplicates.
