Add a mortgage management solution for housing non-profits

Habitat for Humanity affiliates must each manage their own mortgages. Monthly payments consisting of principal and tax & insurance escrows must be recorded. With Evans help, I think I have a way to do that via the pledge feature. But, it would be an attractive add-on feature and not confuse the pledge feature.
