Create a constituent in the soft credit workflow

I would like to be able to create a constituent from the soft credit menu when recording a donation. Currently, I have to open a new window/tab and create the constituent there. Integrating a quick constituent creation within the current soft credit constituent search/designation pop-up would be a great improvement to my experience as a user.
