There is currently no way to format the envelope text in the Letters function. If you want the address in a different font (that matches the letter font, say) or you want the address block anywhere other than the exact middle, then you are out of luck. This is really problematic, since the current envelope address block is high up and (a) looks odd and (b) interferes with any logos that might be in the return address location.
The option for #10 envelopes places the address in the exact middle, which in my opinion, looks ridiculous! if we can format the letters with specific margins, we should be able to move the address on the envelope to the proper position the way it is automatically placed in Microsoft Word. USPS guidelines indicate the LOWER center, not the exact middle of the envelope. See below:
