Add prefix when adding new constituent via BCC feature

If adding a constituent using the BCC feature, you are currently only able to add the first and last name. When going into their profile, you have to add their title (prefix) and then adjust that in each of th name fields. It is extra work and could be streamlined by allowing the title field to be added on the page to add a new constituent.
