Ability to add more than one soft credit per constituent per transaction

Currently the soft credit feature is limited, allowing me to credit John Smith with only one soft credit per transaction. Issues arise when we get quarterly payments from funding partners (e.g. United Way) but John Smith has given monthly, therefore he has 3, $10 donations included in this transaction. Since I can only add one soft credit for him, I have to combine the amounts. So now in John Smith's profile, it shows 4, $30 soft credits over the year, not 12, $10 soft credits.

Now we have no way to pull a report for those who give monthly versus those who give less frequently via our funding partners.

It would be great to resolve this ASAP so we can ensure our donor records are accurate (something I know that's important to Bloomerang). We would even be willing to discuss paying for the development of this feature.
