Allow more flexibility on the field mapping step of the Mailchimp-Bloomerang integration

Remove the requirements for Mailchimp custom fields to be set to the type "Text" in order for Bloomerang information to be mapped to them. Right now, it is impossible to sync data from Bloomerang to a number field or a picklist field in Mailchimp -- only text fields can be used. This is rather limiting.
