Replace the Mailchimp push feature with an automatic sync

Right now the integration between Mailchimp and Bloomerang is manual, so constituent information can only be pushed over to MailChimp with a click of a button or on a pre-selected schedule. This means that certain processes, like triggering an automated email welcome series in Mailchimp within an hour of someone’s donation, are not currently possible.
