Change email interests to "opted out" when constituent flags email as spam
We sent an email newsletter and one constituent marked the email as spam. I would like there to be an automatic process that changes a constituent's email preferences to "opted out" when they mark one of our emails as spam.
Don't add bounced/dropped emails as donor interactions
If an email to a constituent bounces or dropps, then it should NOT be added an interaction. Otherwise we believe that they have been receiving our emails all along. I have to comb through individual bounces and drops to know if they got it or not.
It would be great if donors could receive a digital membership card in their donation confirmation either with a code, qr code, or barcode that stated their name, level of donation, and expiration date.

Acknowledgement tasks should have the option to turn into acknowledgements on transactions
When a task with the purpose of acknowledgement is completed, it should have the option to apply that acknowledgement interaction to a transaction on the constituent's timeline.
