Bulk update interaction purposes

It would be amazing to be able to click through multiple emails and update the purpose and custom fields. I just sent a batch of bcc'ed emails - all were the same. And now I have to go to each profile to update each one manually.

If two constituents have identical phone numbers but their names are spelled differently, show them as potential matches in the duplicate report.

We have over 500 templates that are years old. There should be a way to select more than 1 template at a time in order to delete them.

Ability to lock a constituent record so that it cannot be merged

We have many records of people with similar names and sometimes these records get merged when they shouldn't be. It would be great if we could lock VIP records to prevent them from being merged or deleted.

Bulk complete tasks

I was able to create bulk tasks and did so for a planned mailing (outside of bloomerang). Now I have to click each record to complete the task to save as an interaction. Since the task is indentical for each record a bulk option would be great.

Bulk update address type

It would be great if you could do more with updating addresses with an upload. Change the address type from home to work or Vice Versa. In-line editing would also be a great addition like salesforce has so you don't have to toggle to the profile y...
