Exporting Froms

I would like to be able to export our volunteer application for easy printing.

Volunteer Sign In Form

It would be extremely helpful to have a form available where volunteers could sign in and the interaction would be tracked. Currently the forms do not have that versitility and more customization would be helpful.

Ability to block volunteers

We've had a few incidents of volunteers not adhering to our code of conduct. While we can simply remove them, there is no way to keep them from signing up again. The ability to block a person by email would be really helpful

Training Checklist

Create a training tab where volunteers can view training materials (ex.watch this video w/ link) and mark the task/training as completed; having this information stored in their profile (could be separate as "training" or as a "qualification")

Volunteer form management - uploading documents

If a volunteer could upload necessary agreements and clearances that would apply to their record, this would save time for employee and for the volunteer

The ability within an opportunity to duplicate a role so I have a base to start from and can build onto it.

Signable pdfs

if we can’t have captured if waivers, we need to be able to require users to sign a pdf version in the system. This would also be helpful for agreements on expectations for volunteers and such.

Admin be able to take another persons identity.

It would be helpful for an Admin in Bloomerang to be able to assume the identity of a volunteer so that the Admin could see what the volunteer sees. It is very helpful with troublshooting and being able to understand when a volunteer is having com...

Set country when new applicants register.

When a new volunteer signs up to Bloomerand, it would be nice to have the option to set "United States" as the country for all new applicants so they don't have to go through the entire list.

Make photo on profile a mandatory option.

When a volunteer signs up on Bloomerang and creates a profile, I would like the photo on the profile to be a mandatory option, not optional. We do large events and need to know what our volunteers look like if we are looking for them.
